Given out during WWII circaย  1942 to customers as a company advertising premium by "Brewster & Son, Lumber-Fuel-Building Materials, Ridgefield Park, N.J."
Measures approx 11" x 6.5" and in very good overall condition with minor blemishes and handling wear. The black mark underneath her right eye is actually one side of the staple attached to the wooden stick which has rusted over time.
Note: The renowned artist Jack Wittrup (1912-1987) was a well known pin up artist, but also did WWII propaganda images such as this, as well as being a prolific artist of many advertising images of the time, including the Coca Cola Santa on the back of National Geographic.
