Marked by the artist on the right hand corner and on the left marked made in the USA.

The back on the fan display's Sunshine Grocery Grass Valley, Cal.
Grass Valley is in the gold country of Northen Calif.
Russe did many Advertisement poster's back in his day.
I haven't seen this one before.
The fan alone is app: 9" long x 7" wide
The wood handle is 11" long total hand part is about 6"
