Vintage Advertising Fan George H Jung Co Cincinnati Ice Cream Salesman Sample

here is a vintage advertising hand fan by GEORGE H JUNG CO. CINCINNATI with handle Pat. No. 2052180. this old advertising hand fan could possibly be a salesman sample? I could find no information on the ICE CREAM Ad on the backside of fan. the front lithograph is a American Flag with mountain landscape in foreground. The bottom front center white border has "No. F-30" on it. the backside has advertising that says "Enjoy RITZ AMERICAN GOOD ICE CREAMS AND SHERBETS" with "The Originators Of Spumoni" and "CINCINNATI" offset to left and "SERVED BY" in center and "PHONE PARKWAY 0777, 0778, 0779".  the bottom lower left corner has "Handle Pat. No. 205280". there is some condition issues in the form of soiling and spotting to back advertising side, edge wear all the way around the cardboard and paper border with a chip to paper at bottom left front and the left side paper is starting to lift off the cardboard and separate as shown in pictures. please view all pics.
