    Fan (9 1/2" high, 10" wide) appears in good condition, sturdy, not brittle, no tears or cuts, print and color (black & white with red accents) good.  Item appears to lay flat except for a slight curve of it's top right corner and some staining of the same area (see photos).
    As with any used item made of heavy paper/thin cardboard that is nearly 50 years old, there will be the expected wear from age (discoloration, stains, marks, creases).
