Very hard to find round cardboard advertising fan for Plymouth /Dodge circa 1936.
Fan is fashioned as a steering wheel with reminders to be alert, keep hands on wheel, watch pedestrians and use the horn.  Scenic nature scenes within the wheel
Dodge and Plymouth Logos.
Dealer is The Newton-Foraker Co New Lexington, OH.
Good vintage with minor year on be alert side as shown.  Notched on top, but this appears to be how it was manufactured.
The "Wheel" is 8" diamantes, length of fan is approximately 12".
